How to join

1. Create your account and verify your email.
2. Complete your profile and licenses. Your progress is saved.
3. Add each vehicle with its insurance and TLC details.
4. Finish training, pass the assessment and sign the policies.
5. Fill in your tax information (W-9) with your SSN or business EIN and sign it.
6. If we request a background check, complete it on our provider's secure page.
7. Our team reviews everything and may ask for corrections.
8. You get a decision for you and for each vehicle, with reasons.

How long does review take?

It depends on how complete your documents are. We never approve automatically.
